I'm a married Gen X mom of three wonderful kids ages 3, 11, and 14.

I have a pack of 4 dogs, all wonderful, loving creatures. Also, three cats.

I work for an animal rescue organization. It's the only job I've ever really loved, but it's emotional and stressful. I'm happy to be doing something that makes a difference to animals every day.

I'm a crafter, a picture taker, cookie baker, book reader, journal keeper, dog trainer, and new blogger.
